Who is the Sihl Group and what does it stand for?

Darren Letang: “Dietzgen Corporation® is a leading provider of converting and distribution services for digital print media such as papers, films and textiles in the US market. We have a total of 95 employees at our headquarters in Florida and five other locations in Connecticut, Georgia, Texas, Illinois and California. Our six locations are strategically located, and our extensive inventory allows us to reliably provide just-in-time deliveries to our customers and partners nationwide.”
The Sihl Group is already represented in the USA. What are the advantages of the acquisition of Dietzgen Corporation®?
Peter K. Wahsner: “Our subsidiary Sihl Inc., based in Fiskeville, Rhode Island, USA, is Sihl’s sales and distribution centre serving the North and South American markets with products for the market segments Signage & Photo, Labels & Tags and ARTYSIO Flexible Packaging. With the acquisition of Dietzgen Corporation® we have reached the next milestone on our way to becoming the leading supplier of high-end coated print media in the USA. The new platform will not only allow us to drive growth in our established markets, but also creates the opportunity to expand our individual printable flexible packaging business in the US by leveraging Dietzgen’s strategically located sites.”
