How does the Speed Dating work?
Since the pandemic situation is currently unpredictable and we don’t want to take any risks, our “date” will take place by phone. Simply call our HR department. This is an easy and non-binding way for you to exchange ideas, get to know each other and find out if an apprenticeship with us is a good fit for you.
Who can take part?
Anyone who is looking for an apprenticeship for 2022 or 2023.

What does it cost to participate?
Nothing, except a little effort to pick up the phone. There is no obligation for you and the participation is free of charge.
How should I prepare?
It makes it much easier for our HR department to answer your questions and advise you if you already have precise ideas about your desired job, if you can tell them about your strengths and interests and why you are interested in an apprenticeship.
Small tip
It doesn’t hurt and makes a good impression if you have your application documents (at least a CV) ready in digital form so that you can perhaps send them during the call.
Fair for apprenticeship in May
If the pandemic situation allows it, you can also get to know us in May at the Düren Apprenticeship Fair. Here you will find our colleagues from the HR Department with all kinds of information material about an apprenticeship at Sihl. The apprenticeship instructors will also be there, as well as some apprentices who will be able to tell you first-hand about their experiences. And of course, they will answer all your questions. So save the date!
